1. Introduction and Acceptance

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To access most features of the etpk Platform, you must create a personal user account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Accounts registered with inaccurate information or belonging to individuals who do not meet eligibility requirements will be closed, and any winnings may be forfeited.

Each User is permitted only one (1) account on the etpk Platform. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using aliases, false identities, or third-party information, is strictly prohibited. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in immediate closure of all accounts, cancellation of pending transactions, and forfeiture of balances and winnings.

2.2 Account Security and Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your etpk account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, including family members, friends, or associates. You agree to immediately notify etpk customer support if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security.

All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, whether authorized by you or not. You will be held liable for all transactions, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made using your account credentials. etpk will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

etpk is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our compliance obligations, we implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents, proof of address, payment method verification, and other documentation as reasonably requested by etpk.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases of technical error or where required by applicable law. You may not reverse, cancel, or chargeback deposits once processed. Attempted chargebacks or payment reversals constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and legal action.

3.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of identity verification and compliance with bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

etpk endeavors to process withdrawal requests within 5-15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within 1-24 hours for bank transfers, though processing times may vary based on payment provider and verification requirements. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification procedures for large withdrawals or where fraud is suspected. 3.3 Currency and Payment Method Restrictions

You may only deposit and withdraw funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. Use of stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Bonus Terms

5.3 Irregular Play

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ETPK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER ARISING FROM CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ETPK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ACCOUNT DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or relating to the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

9.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, consolidated action, or representative action. You expressly waive your right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings against etpk.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Account Closure

etpk reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, violation of bonus terms, or regulatory requirements. Upon account closure initiated by etpk for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If account closure is initiated by you or by etpk without cause, your remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or pending wagering requirements.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10.3 Entire Agreement
